Maintenance Occasionally apply food-grade mineral oil to maintain appearance. Use boards/boxes only for dry foods. Re-treat over time with food-safe wax or oil (avoid perfumed oils). Recommendations Never put in the dishwasher or leave submerged. If edges become rough after water contact, sand lightly (fine grit) and condition with food oil/wax.
