Instant Freeze-Dried Coffee

Meet Caffe Ibis® Instant Coffee, crafted in partnership with Tantalus Rapid Brew right here in Utah! This collaboration began serendipitously at Square Kitchen, the culinary incubator we both call home in Salt Lake City. After connecting with James of Tantalus Rapid Brew, we started exploring a simple question: could we turn Caffe Ibis coffee into a rapid brew format without sacrificing the flavor, quality, and character people love? The result is a collection of three well-loved coffees, Organic Moab Trail, Organic Colombia Huila, and our triple-certified Organic Peru Dark, each roasted, brewed, and freeze-dried here in Utah. Once brewed to highlight each coffee’s unique character, the coffee is immediately freeze-dried to preserve its flavor and create a smooth, easy-dissolving cup. Just add hot or cold water, stir lightly, and enjoy. No grinder, brewer, filters, or fancy equipment needed, just you and the coffee you love, wherever the day takes you.
