Gathered from the first flush of blossom, fruit trees and wildflowers, it has a clean, fresh sweetness that sets it apart from summer harvests. This is what honey tastes like before the summer heat deepens everything. Produced and extracted extracted from our own hives across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.
