The coffee is washed: ripe cherries are handpicked, depulped the same day, fermented, soaked, then dried slowly on raised beds. The result is a lively, complex cup with notes of blueberry, kiwi, and sparkling lemonade. Process : Washed Variety : Batian, SL28, SL34, Ruiru11 Region : Kiambu Brewing for filter: 1:16 ratio Use 12.5g coffee for 200g water at 95C
