HOW IT WORKS: BioSurf™ uses a Bacillus-based microbial system — spore-forming bacteria that activate when they encounter moisture and organic matter, producing enzymes that break down proteins, starches, fats, oils, and grease. The microbial action continues for up to 24 hours after application. The dishwasher detergent uses a 4-enzyme blend (Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Mannanase) engineered for cold-water and eco-cycle performance — each enzyme targets a specific food residue category (sweat/dairy/grass, starches, oils/grease, gums/thickeners). The Chef Soap bar uses arabica coffee grounds as a natural deodorizer for food smells like garlic, onion, and fish.
