This unique piece was handcrafted in Kingma’s atelier in Epe and is a strong example of his distinctive signature style. The top is composed of concrete with inlaid materials such as ceramic, slate, pebbles, basalt and brass. The carefully selected elements create a graphic and balanced composition, with shades of black, brown, blue, green, orange-red, beige, white and grey. The table stands on a sturdy round base that reinforces its robust character while adding balance to the design. Signed: ‘Kingma 1978’. Dimensions: 99 × 99 × 33 cm (w × d × h). The condition of this table remains very good. The top shows light, even wear consistent with age and use.
