Yachter | Rhodium

Silver dial, platinum-toned bezel, the most refined version of the Yachter family. The one that looks like it belongs at a country club brunch and a board meeting equally. I had a customer from Switzerland (yes, Switzerland) buy this watch from me. He told me he owned several actual luxury watches but wanted something he could wear in everyday situations without worrying about it getting scratched or stolen. He chose this one because the rhodium dial is the most "anonymous luxurious" colour in the lineup. The silver-grey dial picks up light in subtle ways, contrasting with a bright "baby blue" seconds hand and text on the dial. The bezel matches without being matchy. The bracelet finish has that perfect balance of polished and brushed as well. Genuine NH35 automatic, sapphire crystal, 50m water resistance, full steel build. The original is around $15,000. This one isn't. But here's the thing, nobody looks at a rhodium dial Yachter and tries to verify it. They just assume.
