The spool is quickly and efficiently secured and removed by a cleverly integrated screw cap, resulting in no loose component parts that could easily be misplaced. The attached cap allows for effortless spool changing function when an alternative line profile or line density is required. In summary, all eight models in the G5 series offers performance fly reel spool solutions for the most demanding fly fishing environments. The G5 spool are also compatible with the G4 reels.
