How It Works The game comes with 10 sealed envelopes, one per puzzle, opened in order. One player serves as the Reader, opening each envelope and reading The Cipher's letters aloud to the group. After the Opening Letter is read, puzzle sheets are handed out and a timer starts. Players solve on their own, or compete as teams, then the Reader reveals the answer by reading the Answer Letter aloud. Points are recorded, and the group moves to the next envelope. The player or team with the most points after all 10 puzzles wins.
