Each session explores a different craft or creative skill led by a local maker or artist. Led by Laura from Remnant Magic, this session is perfect for anyone looking to learn the basics of sewing. With Laura's guidance, you'll create your own scrunchie or fabric bookmark while learning simple hand sewing techniques. Remnant Magic is a local slow fashion business focused on giving new life to fabrics that may otherwise have gone to landfill. Guests are welcome to bring along their own fabric or choose from a selection provided on the day. Hosted within the welcoming and creative surroundings of the Storybox, guests can enjoy tea, coffee and a friendly atmosphere while learning a new skill.
