If your Purifier carafe has had a knock or a slip, you do not need to replace the whole filter system, just the carafe. It is the same glass body that ships with a new Purifier, designed to work with the existing lid and refillable stainless steel ReFilter cartridge. The shape lets you store it on a fridge shelf and the glass keeps your filtered water tasting like water, not like the inside of a plastic jug. Aarke designed the Purifier to be repaired rather than replaced. Every individual part is available as a spare, which is the kind of thinking we are happy to support. Better than binning a perfectly good appliance just because one piece has broken. How to Use Carefully remove any pieces of your old carafe (a tea towel and rubber gloves help if it is broken). Rinse the new carafe and your existing lid and filter cartridge in warm soapy water. Slot the filter cartridge in and pop the lid on. Fill at the tap as normal and let the water filter through. Store on a fridge shelf or worktop between uses. Product Care Dishwasher safe at 60°C (remove the granules from the filter cartridge before putting that in the dishwasher). For best results, hand wash the glass with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
