This is Galicia in a bottle - fresh, crisp and breezy from 20-25 year-old vineyards around the coastal area of Salnés (12.7%) Evoi Margaret River Chardonnay 2023 - from one of the best vineyards in Margaret River - this is a rich and refined Chardonnay, full of classic stone fruits, great texture and a lovely nutty finish. It's sold out in Australia, and for €26 in Ireland you just can't get this quality of Chardonnay anywhere else (13.5%) Domaine du Grand Brussy Menetou-Salon 2023 - one of the Loire’s best-kept secrets, and rarely found outside of France. You get the elegance and sophistication of a Sancerre, but the clay soils give it a much richer and more tropical flavour. Menetou is the white by-the-glass option in most Parisian restaurants - and it’s easy to see why! (13%) Domaine Saint-Andrieu Provence Rosé 2025 - an organic, bee-friendly rosé from the owners of Bordeaux’s Château Talbot - which means no expense is spared in the making of this! Intense, floral and fresh, this is summer in a glass (13.5%) Pauline Passot Chiroubles Grille-Midi 2023 - from one of Beaujolais’ rising stars on a prime, sun-drenched site, this is bright, ripe and juicy Gamay in all its glory (13%) César Márquez Parajes Bierzo 2023 – the last few bottles of hotshot César’s introduction to Bierzo. He takes small parcels from all over the region to make this wine - including some hillside sites which sell for eye-watering prices elsewhere! (13.5%) P.s.
