Step 2 - Base Coat Apply two thin layers, allowing each to dry matte. Creates the base for long wear and prevents lifting. If cloudy or thick, place bottle in warm water until clear. Step 3 - Lacquer (Choose Your Colour) Apply two thin layers, allowing each to dry matte. If thick, add 6–8 drops of Revive as needed. Step 4 - Top Coat Apply one layer after lacquer dries matte. Dries in approximately 5 minutes. If thick, add 6–8 drops of Revive. Revive Restores thickened lacquer or top coat to original consistency. Do not use with Base Coat. Packaging may vary slightly.
