Popcorn Bars

A variation of the 19th century Popcorn Ball. Our grandfather, Ralph E Hobbs, created a method utilizing a custom popcorn grinder in conjunction with a custom popcorn hydraulic press to make these unique treats from the 1930's onward. We still utilize Ralph's custom equipment today. The Corn is shaped into 1" x 1" x 6" bars wrapped in wax paper to keep out moisture and humidity. A tasty and unique snack still pleasing to all in the 21st century too! Ingredients Yellow ground popcorn, yellow popcorn, sugar, butter, water, salt, baking chocolate, vanilla extract, oil of birch, molasses, shredded coconut, orange oil, corn syrup, other natural flavorings. We do not use any nuts in our popcorn recipes, cooking kettles and food preparation processes, however we do store and sell bagged peanuts on the property in summer season and we store walnuts for our ice cream in summer season. Our popcorn products are Gluten Free.
