ONCORE - Standard

Through a wide range of drills, ONCORE engages key muscles from the catch of the stroke, through the shoulder and across the torso to the opposite hip. This allows the user to activate and strengthen important muscle cross-connections required for fast and efficient swimming. ONCORE is purposefully designed for both males and females of varying levels including (but not limited to) squad swimmers, recreational swimmers, triathletes, masters and adult swimmers. With an increase in size and thickness from the junior model, the ONCORE Standard is the most versatile in its application. It is the perfect step for those that have mastered the Junior ONCORE.
