An intense, best-of-breed, high polyphenolic Coratina olive oil; a full and decisive flavour, ideal for those looking for a touch of character in their dishes. Its aromatic profile rich in polyphenols makes it perfect for enhancing robust and tasty dishes. The balanced bitter and spicy notes pair beautifully with grilled meats and fish. It is equally extraordinary when used in frying, adding unsurpassed flavour and crunch. Notes of artichoke and fresh almond emerge beautifully in vegetable soups, while its hints of freshly cut grass enrich fresh salads and cooked vegetable dishes. The 200 hectares of land where the olive groves are form an integral part of not only the economic but also the social culture. This olive oil is from a range called ‘Le Monocultivar’, created to reflect the territorial identity of the brand. Each oil is a celebration of the Coratina, Ogliarola and Peranzana varietals, and pressed within two hours of harvesting. The result is excellent quality extra virgin olive oils that speak of the terroir from which they come.'
