In Person Chocolate Tasting Experience - Friday 29th May

New to Annabel's Patisserie: The Chocolate Tasting Experience! This is a rare opportunity to come and join me at an In Person event! Join me at 6pm on 29th May 2026 at The Duck in The Pond, South Newington. This is a relaxed, conversational event, in which we'll explore my "chocolate world", tasting a variety of premium chocolate couvertures as well as my own finished products. We'll look at the realities of being a woman in the chef industry, break down marketing myths, discuss the highs and lows of running a chocolate business whilst battling ever increasing chocolate prices. We'll learn about tempering, chocolate production, and the ethics behind some of the most well known chocolate brands. Each ticket includes an exclusive accompanying cocktail, as well as enough chocolate to sample for the evening and have a little extra to take home. At the end, you will have an opportunity to buy some finished products at a 10% discounted price. This event will leave you informed, inspired, and quite full up.
