At Mathieu Blanchard, we chose to highlight Muonionalusta for its distinctive visual character and the strength of its story: an iron meteorite discovered in Sweden, recognized as one of the oldest known meteorites. The sandblasted finish creates a fine, subtle texture and a more matte appearance, while helping make everyday marks less noticeable for a more uniform look over time. The inlay is sealed to stabilize the material and protect it during wear. As a natural material, the meteorite’s texture and tones may vary slightly from one ring to another, making each band unique. Care To help preserve the inlay, we recommend avoiding prolonged immersion (bath, pool, hot tub) and removing the ring before swimming or showering.
