We have devised a great seafood focused menu for you to make the evening a great success. We have even included pre-dinner nibbles, a taste bud tantalising starter and three delicious main courses. There is no pudding, but you probably won’t have room for that! And don’t worry about cooking instructions. All the packs have detailed and simple cooking instructions on the label or the back of the pack. All our dishes are ready in 15 minutes, so you will have plenty of time to mingle with your guests while also having some great fun cooking. Guaranteed to be impress your friends and family, your creations will transport them to a beachside Thai restaurant for the evening (metaphorically speaking, of course!) Thai nibbles – Pre-dinner Edamame Pops- our roasted your soybeans make a great alternative to peanuts and great with an aperitif. Shiitake mushroom chips – they have kind of a prawn cracker feel to them with our sweet chilli and garlic dipping sauce. Banana Chips – a savoury chip sliced super thin and crispy. You wouldn’t even know it It’s banana, a great talking point with your guests! Served with our sweet chilli and garlic dipping sauce. Starter Honey, garlic and pepper, spare ribs ( This sauce is great with chicken wings also, so you could use half the bottle for ribs and half the bottle for chicken wings, or just choose one to keep it simple!) Main course curries Thai Red prawn curry, (a medium spicy flavourful curry that works great with prawns and really quick and easy to cook (or try salmon or chicken breast or pork) Thai Beef Massaman curry, a mild South Thailand favourite with hints of cumin star anise and cardamom. This is great for a dinner party as its best cooked with Braising steak and you can just bang all the ingredients is a slow cooker or casserole. (Lamb shanks, shoulder or on the bone chicken thigh work well too) Main course fish centre dish Pla Sam Rod – 3 flavour Seabass. Using our Thai Style Sweet & Sour sauce, pan fry a whole seabass or seabass fillets and serve on a platter with our warmed sauce, you can add a few chillis in if you want to spice this up a bit! (You can also use this as a stir-fry sauce if you prefer and serve a Sweet and Sour Veg, Chicken, Prawn or Pork dish) All the above mains served with our steamed Jasmine rice What’s included in the Banquet Bundle?
