The Design How do you make an authentic cup of Mocha? You need a shot (or two) of espresso, steamed milk, and a splash of chocolate. Although the parts are different, we used this recipe as the foundation of our Mocha Brown Fountain Pen design. The gold nib and other golden accents are like the shot of espresso, meant to boost your energy, and grabs your attention immediately. The shade of brown is reminiscent of how the chocolate looks as it mixes with the espresso, and the translucency or demonstrator quality of the pen is like the steamed milk, which disappears into the darker coffee and chocolate, but is essential to the overall taste. Taken apart, you could create three entirely different pens, but put together, you have our Mocha Brown Fountain Pen. The new 14K nib allows for the precision and tactile feedback of a true solid gold nib, while maintaining a smooth writing experience.
