Miniature Picasso inspired ceramic sculpture - owl F

A charming 1:12 scale ceramic owl inspired by the playful, graphic style found in Picasso’s animal studies. Hand-sculpted and hand-painted in crisp black and white, this miniature perches on a small base and features bold linework, simplified shapes, and a lively, expressive presence. A perfect collectible accent for modern, art-forward miniature scenes. 1/4-inch high by 1 3/4 inch long. Later in life, Picasso devoted himself to ceramics and spent a lot of time in a studio in the south of France. Among the many items he made are a series of owl's sculptures. I make all of my items from start to finish, using clay, underglaze paint, several glazes, China paint and fires them several times as required by the decoration and technique used.
