ProTech Remote Setup & Support gives you a full hour of one-on-one remote assistance from our experienced IT team, so you can skip the frustration and get straight to using your tech. Whether you've just bought a new device, migrated to a different machine, or simply need help getting everything configured properly — our technicians connect to your computer remotely and take care of it for you. No guesswork, no YouTube tutorials, no wasted afternoon. What's included One full hour of remote IT support, tailored to what you need. Common tasks include setting up your device, installing software, configuring email, connecting to Wi-Fi and peripherals, running updates, and general troubleshooting — but we're flexible. If it can be done remotely in an hour, we'll sort it out. How it works After purchase, our team will call you within 1 business day to arrange a convenient time for your session. Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST). You'll need a stable internet connection and a device that can run remote access software — we'll walk you through that when we call. Need more time? If your setup requires additional time beyond the hour, we'll let you know upfront and agree on any extra charges before continuing. No surprises. Prefer an in-person visit? We offer on-site support within Melbourne metro for an additional travel fee of $60 on top of the standard hourly rate.
