This 25mm knurled steel curl bar allows you to turn two PowerBlocks into a full set up to complete bench press, deadlifts, squats, bent-over rows, bicep curls and many more upper body exercises. Simply take the adder weights out of the dumbbell handles and slot your new curl bar in.
