Swanning Study 2026

Printed Area 6.2 x 6.2 cm External Mount Size - 20.3 x 20.3 cm (8"x 8") This 'Swan Study' print is an original wood engraving. I engraved the woodblock in situ at Slimbridge, a wetlands centre local to me. I was working up to engraving a bigger block 'Swanning Around' and this 'Swan Study' was integral in exploring how I'd engrave the swans and water. I took the block home and printed it on my antique Albion Press. No. of prints in edition: 35 All prints will vary slightly due to their hand printed nature. This print is made using quality inks and archival materials. It comes in a white acid free double mount. Do not display in direct sunlight. Each print is signed, dated and editioned on the front. It also comes with a certificate of authenticity. This print comes wrapped in a paper print sleeve.
