Stanley’s famous chopped brisket sandwich is made with slow-smoked brisket that’s been seasoned with just salt and pepper! INCLUDED: Chopped Brisket (1.33 lbs.) 4 Seedless Hamburger Buns (each 3.2 oz.) 1 bottle BBQ Sauce (12 oz.) INSTRUCTIONS: This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. Brisket can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Sauces can be stored at room temperature and must be refrigerated after opening. Hamburger buns can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Once reheated, meat should not be consumed if it has been left at room temperature for more than 4 hours. PREPARE: Bring a large stock pot of water to a simmer. Place Bag of Chopped Brisket in simmering water 15-18 minutes. Toast Buns. Place a scoop of Chop Brisket on bun. Top with Bbq sauce and top bun. Assemble, serve, and enjoy!
