We pay tribute to that awesomeness in our own take on this classic wine, grown the organic way in Western Australia. Made from just 8 rows of vines, grafted with excellent Brunello clones. It’s sun-warmed fruit and easy charm. You can chill it if you want to, but you’ll probably just end up drinking the whole bottle before it gets cold. Bright cherry, pomegranate, herbal, earthy. The tannins sneak up on you – chalky and dry but medium bodied. The grapes were all foot-crushed, hand-plunged and basket-pressed to make an easy-drinking red that’s soft on the palate, while maintaining a heavenly body much like Michelangelo's David.
