Behind the Bloc Setting Workshop – June 20th

Ever wanted to learn how to set? 🪨 Now’s your chance to find out and build a route yourself! This hands-on workshop takes you behind the scenes of route setting. Over 6 hours, you’ll dig into the theory and tools of the craft, then put it all into practice by setting a complete boulder of your own from start to finish. All led by one of our experienced route setters, so you’ll get personal, hands-on feedback as you set. When & Where: 📅 Saturday, June 20th 🕙 12:00 – 18:00 📍 Beta Boulders Amsterdam What to expect to learn: Setting theory & principles Tools of the trade How to think through and set your own boulder Practicing actually setting a boulder! Price: Members: €120 Non Members: €200 (includes entrance, so you can warm up before the event or stay to climb after!) Important Info: Please arrive on time. We have a lot to cover! No prior setting experience needed. Bring clothes you can move and climb in.
