Wein Goutte, 'What Time Is Too Late To Go To Bed?' 2023

A fun filled aromatic blend of Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Muscaris and Johanniter. Each variety was processed and aged separately, with light maceration on each grape. This is, however, for all intents and purposes a white wine, skin contact adds texture, and brings alive the aromatics of the grapes. Think jasmine in the evening, and peaches and cream in the dappled sunlight, and you're not far off, it's fresh, and incredibly drinkable.
