Exclusive Design Buyout / One-of-One Design Rights

Want a truly exclusive design? This option is for customers who want their custom concept to remain private and unavailable for resale on the Forged Concepts website, social media pages, advertisements, or future production listings. By purchasing a One-of-One / Exclusive Design Buyout, the customer is purchasing exclusivity rights to the final approved badge design created during the custom order process. Once exclusivity has been approved and paid for, Forged Concepts will not reproduce or resell the approved design for future customers. Important Information Regarding Exclusivity Exclusivity must be discussed and purchased BEFORE production begins. Standard custom orders are NOT exclusive by default. Without an exclusivity agreement, Forged Concepts retains the right to reuse, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, advertise, and resell custom concepts and designs per our Terms & Policies. Exclusivity pricing varies depending on the complexity, popularity, and future production potential of the design. Existing designs already published, sold, advertised, or listed on our website/social media may not qualify for exclusivity. Designs based on existing trademarks, copyrighted characters, logos, or third-party intellectual property may not qualify for exclusive ownership rights. Exclusivity applies only to the final approved design produced by Forged Concepts and does not transfer ownership of underlying trademarks, copyrighted material, or third-party intellectual property. Forged Concepts still retains the right to display previously completed work for portfolio/history purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Exclusivity does not include production files, vector source files, manufacturing methods, print files, or proprietary production processes unless specifically agreed to in writing. What You Receive ✔ Exclusive production rights to the approved final design ✔ Removal/prevention of future public product listings for that design ✔ Design will not be offered for resale to future customers ✔ Priority handling and documentation of exclusivity agreement Please Note Forged Concepts is a custom fabrication shop and the majority of custom concepts are normally later added to our website for future resale at reduced pricing once initial design/setup costs have already been covered. This is how we have operated for years and is reflected within our posted Terms & Policies.
