It’s a natural-processed lot that shows just how articulate and composed fruit-forward coffees can be when structure and sweetness stay in balance. In the cup, we’re tasting white grape juice, blood orange, and red apple — fruit that’s vivid but not loud. Underneath it all a round, familiar sweetness that reminds us of sweet tea on a warm afternoon. It’s expressive without being chaotic — the kind of coffee that keeps revealing itself as it cools.
