Yu Kurosaki Aogami Blue Super gyuto (used)

This knife has been through it a bit, but at its core it is still a very good knife. Please see pics and read full description before purchase. Condition details- this knife was used heavily in a professional restaurant environment, and then suffered a decent sized chip at the edge, and came to me as a trade in on another knife. It lost a little height from the repair, but has been thinned, recteched, and sharpened. I didn’t spend much time on doing a full polish, so there are still some scratch patterns visible on the blade, but overall it looks alright. Original black kurouchi finish has been fully removed, and It has a small chunk of wood missing on the butt of the handle. The actual core steel and overall blade is straight and in good condition. Knife details- Yu Kurosaki Aogami “blue super” stainless clad gyuto. Blade length is 207mm, height is 44.mm at the heel. The octagonal Wa handle, I believe, is rosewood with a buffalo ferrule. I dug around for way too long, but couldn’t identify the exact model. Comes with a saya, in used but good condition.
