In your names, Yahyah and Maher About the Chocolate Bar Hyderabadi Pooran Bar A passionate reimagining of the Hyderabadi pooran poori. Slow cooked Bengal gram, gently perfumed with bloomed Kashmiri and Irani saffron, freshly ground cardamom, rich ghee, brown butter, and a trio of sugars, studded with slivered almonds. Encased in a white chocolate shell, layered with double baked croissant shards to echo the flaky poori, crowned with a saffron brown butter crunch of lotus biscuit and cardamom caramelised salted almond bits, and finished with a dark chocolate seal.
