Center Stone - Approx. 1.5ct White Moissanite Oval set east-west Accent Stones - each side will have 1 lab ruby and 1 purple lab sapphire for a total of 4 colored gemstones representing their birthstones. The ring might have additional accent stones that are white diamond depending on the artwork.
