Côte Mer Collioure Rouge 2021

This wine is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah from old vines trained in alberello style on schist soils overlooking the Mediterranean. It has a deep ruby color with garnet reflections, a broad nose of ripe red fruits, Mediterranean scrub, sweet spices, and a balsamic note, and a warm, enveloping taste with well-integrated tannins and a long, savory finish with licorice undertones.
