Yuki x Matcha.com Women Who Matcha Tea Towel
In honor of Women’s Month, we partnered with Tokyo-based illustrator Yuki Uebo to create an original artwork celebrating the women behind matcha. The illustration captures women working in vibrant green matcha fields — a tribute to the generations of female farmers, artisans, and stewards who sustain this centuries-old craft. Through Yuki’s expressive, character-driven style, everyday moments in the fields are rendered with warmth, movement, and quiet strength. Born and raised in Tokyo and educated at the Royal College of Art in London, Yuki’s work bridges contemporary illustration with deep respect for Japanese culture. Her globally recognized practice often explores human connection and the beauty found in daily rituals — making this collaboration a natural extension of Matcha.com’s mission to honor heritage while sharing it with the world. This piece is released in an extremely limited edition. Only 25 posters available. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.
