Essential Tour

Step inside the CHAKO workplace and discover how waste is upcycled into authentic, handmade products. During this guided visit, you will walk through our production space and see how waste is collected, cleaned and carefully crafted into new creations by our local artisans. Our guide will explain how we work, why recycling matters in Zanzibar, and how CHAKO creates local employment through sustainable production.
