We’re now offering aluminum door panels for the 1998–2010 Coupe and 2003–2010 Convertible VW Beetle. Made by LRB Speed in the USA, these panels are designed to eliminate the common brittle plastic failures, these panels provide a durable, long-term solution while keeping a clean, functional look. Key Improvements & Features: The window and fuel door switches are secured between two layers of aluminum, allowing reuse even if the original spring-tab clips are broken—saving you from replacing otherwise functional switches Reinforced lower mounting points with upgraded nylon insert nuts and stainless hardware for improved durability over factory plastic anchors Engineered and manufactured in-house in the USA CNC laser cut from 0.063″ (1.5mm) aluminum with a uniform brushed finish Sold as a pair (left and right panels) Ready for paint, powder coat, vinyl wrap, or can be installed raw for a motorsport-style finish Designed to use all factory mounting locations—no drilling, cutting, or modification required* Includes mounting hardware, pull straps, and detailed installation instructions If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
