Age-Based Groups – Beginners Welcome! We divide ensembles according to age and skill level to match each child’s learning pace: ▫️ Tin Ringers (Beginner Level – suitable for K3 to Primary 1) Focus on basic playing techniques and correct posture, introduction to 4/4 rhythm, scales, simple repertoire, and foundational sight-singing and ear training. Perfect for complete beginners. ▫️ Copper Ringers (Intermediate Level – suitable for Primary 2 to Primary 3) Deeper training in handchime techniques, learning different time signatures (3/4, 2/4, etc.), basic modes, reinforced sight-singing and ear training, and mastering various music styles. ▫️ Bronze Ringers (Advanced Level – suitable for Primary 4 to Primary 6) Advanced handbell techniques, complex rhythms, in-depth scale and mode knowledge, development of musical expression, and systematic advanced training. 📅 Course Information Course Structure: 2-month per term, 6 terms per year Target Age: K3 to Primary 6 (complete beginners welcome) Schedule: Every Saturday Tin Ringers : 16:30 - 17:30 Copper Ringers : 12:00 - 13:00 Bronze Ringers : 13:00 - 14:15 Location: Hong Kong Handbell Art Academy (Kwun Tong District) Our Stage The ensemble is regularly invited to perform at major arts events and charity performances in Hong Kong. Past performances include the Hong Kong Handbell Festival, Christmas performances at Times Square in Causeway Bay, TVB’s Think Big recording, and the Hong Kong Handbell Art Academy Anniversary Celebration.
