Hear the stories of the cheesemakers and the winemakers, and why the wines have been selected to go with the cheese. Think a Vacherin Mont d'Or-style cheese, aged Swiss Gruyère, French Comté and several types of Swiss Berkäse. Mark will bring along some his favourite wines to match.
