With two 2.4-gallon bowls, the Crathco CS-2E-16-290 cold drink machine holds, merchandises, and dispenses two beverages simultaneously. These bowls are made of clear plastic for product visibility and can be removed to aid in the cleaning process. In the bottom of the bowls, agitators spin to keep the drinks mixed properly so that sediment does not settle. The base is made of stainless steel—a material that resists corrosion and increases durability. Running between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit takes air in from the bottom and exhausts it out the rear.
