Watermelon Tourmaline and Cleavelandite in Smokey Quartz on Stand 13cm, Brazil This exceptional Watermelon Tourmaline and Cleavelandite in Smokey Quartz specimen from Brazil is a beautifully layered display piece, presented on a stand and measuring approximately 13cm including the stand. The crystal itself measures around 8.5cm x 6.4cm x 4.7cm. The Smokey Quartz provides a translucent base with soft smoky tones, while Watermelon Tourmaline runs through the crystal, showing natural variation in pink and green. Alongside this, Cleavelandite, a variety of Albite Feldspar, forms pale, bladed structures that add texture and contrast. Small Lepidolite inclusions are also present, bringing a subtle lilac shimmer across parts of the specimen. This combination reflects a complex pegmatitic formation, where Quartz, Tourmaline, Feldspar and Lithium rich minerals crystallised together under changing geological conditions.
