Anthurium vittariifolium, known as the 'Necktie Anthurium,' is a rare epiphytic species native to the tropical rainforests of the Amazon basin. This species is particularly prized among collectors for its long, pendulous, strap-like leaves, which can grow up to 1.5 to 2.4 meters (5–8 feet) in length in ideal environments. The leaves, characterized by their narrow, leathery texture and dark green hue, cascade downward from the plant's base, making it well-suited for hanging baskets or high ledges.
