It's back! The much-loved Towcester Midsummer Music Festival will take place throughout Towcester, with an eclectic mix of fabulous musical performances from local music groups, bands, solo artists, community groups and so much more! Hosted by the Towcester Town Mayor, Midsummer Music is all in aid of charity. And that's why we now charge a small ticket price to ensure that these charities really benefit from this fantastic community spirited weekend, when all the town is out in force! The Saturday afternoon line up will be: 1pm - Nicholas Hawksmoor Y6 Choir 1.45pm - NN12 Community Choir 2.30pm - Towcester Rock Choir 3.15pm - Songbirds 4pm-6pm - Towcester Studio Band Each ticket for the Saturday afternoon session (12pm-6pm) will cost £4pp (school children go free) and payment should be made in advance here. Please only purchase a ticket for any adult 18+ that is coming, children under 18 can come along and do not need a ticket. On entry to the Mill you will be given a wristband for the afternoon's entertainment. If you wish to purchase the Saturday evening ticket as well then you will be given both wristbands on your first entry. If you do not purchase the Saturday evening ticket then the garden will be cleared at 6pm, ready for the evening session to begin at 7pm. No payment = no wristband = no entry to the garden!* With your help we aim to raise over £1,000 for the Town Mayor's charities across the weekend. This year the Towcester Town Mayor's chosen charity will be the PTAs of the town's three primary schools; Nicholas Hawksmoor, Towcester Primary and Marie Weller.
