This is a refill hogshead of Dailuaine whisky from 2008, finished in ex-Mortlach Oloroso Sherry casks. It was bottled in 2025.

• The taste is full-bodied and oily with hints of walnut, syrup sweetness, and a subtle umami flavor, providing a harmonious complexity.
