Clean and Mineral-Driven The Single-Field Series was born from the brewery’s deep connection to its hometown of Kashiwazaki. Using the same brewing recipe each time, the series highlights the unique character of rice grown in individual fields. This release, Agewa-Shinden, is made entirely with rice from a single field in the coastal area. The aroma is fresh and cool, with notes of green apple layered with a subtle milky nuance. On the palate, it is clean and smooth, with mineral-driven umami and gentle acidity. A touch of bitterness appears toward the finish, keeping the overall profile crisp and refreshing. Its clean, mineral character makes it an excellent match for seafood and other dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the sea.
