The Cincinnatus GMT is a rugged watch designed for travel. The watch features a 12 hour dial with hours, minutes, seconds, and the date plus the addition of a 24 hour hand and rotating bezel. For travelers: When traveling the 24 hour hand can be set at your home time and the hour hand can easily be adjusted to your local time without disturbing the hours, minutes, or home time making it easy to keep track of two different time zones. For international business: If the 24 hour hand is set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or UTC the bezel can be easily adjusted to see what time it is anywhere in the world. All you need to know is the timezone in the format +/-GMT For everyday: The rotating bezel has 48 positions so it can be used as a rough timer. When timing seconds each click is 1.25 seconds. When timing minutes, each click is 75 seconds. Just line up the triangle on the bezel with the seconds hand or minute hand to start your timer. Each arrow or number on the bezel represents 2.5 seconds or minutes. Assembled, tested, and regulated in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Watchmaker tests each watch for the 10 ATM water resistance and regulates the movement in 5 positions. A Quality Assurance Certificate is included with each piece, signed by the watchmaker, confirming the pressure test and the movement's accuracy.
