The Siren Bag | Advanced Bag Pattern

This is a PDF printable pattern to create a leather bag - The Siren Bag. The Siren is designed for on-shoulder, under the arm carry (aka Short Shoulder) hence the fixed strap as a primary option for the bag. Crook-of-arm and handheld carry will work well too. An adjustable strap pattern is also included in case you opt for cross-body carry. The bag packs a ton of everyday essentials and is fully approved as 'fashionable' by my teenage daughter who swept the first one I crafted. One of my goals with the Siren Bag design was to be able to use 2mm leather throughout without the need to skive anything unless one wanted to. The second important goal was to be able to fit all the pattern pieces (including the 10-12 inches fixed strap) onto a standard 2 square feet leather panel that is 12 by 24 inches (or 60 by 30 cm). You buy 2 square feet of leather and you can make the bag! There was a bit of room to spare so to maximize the leather utilization I have added a little bonus pattern - The Dory keychain. It fits nicely into the layout and it would compliment perfectly the Siren bag that you craft for your customers.
