Organic Fresh Milled Wheat Flour

Our flour is freshly milled to order from hard white wheat and soft white wheat sourced directly from Living Sky Grains, a regenerative farm in Montana. The farm uses organic farming methods and does not use pesticides or herbicides. The wheat is glyphosate-free and non-hybridized. Unlike most conventional store-bought white flour, our flour is not sifted or stripped of the naturally occurring parts of the wheat kernel. Fresh-milled whole wheat flour contains all three parts of the grain: Bran — the outer layer, containing fiber and naturally occurring nutrients Germ — the nutrient-rich part of the seed, containing healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and other naturally occurring compounds Endosperm — the starchy portion that provides carbohydrates and protein Because nothing is removed and then added back through enrichment, you get the whole grain as nature intended. We mill our flour to order and vacuum-seal each package to help preserve its freshness and nutrients. For the best quality and flavor, use within one week or freeze for longer storage.
