Onyx Olympus 5 Wide Wood Burning / Multi-Fuel Stove

The Onyx Olympus 5 Wide combines contemporary styling with a larger firebox and the choice of fuels. Its crisp, modern form makes a bold feature in a spacious living area or a wide fireplace opening. A fixed multi-fuel grate lets you burn logs or approved smokeless fuels. The stove is built from steel with a cast iron door that opens to 180°, and Cleanburn and Airwash systems keep combustion clean and the view clear. It is A rated, Ecodesign compliant and approved for Smoke Control Areas with no additional kit. Contact us to find out more. Onyx is one of the brands of the Stovax Heating Group, with more than four decades of British design and engineering behind it. Every stove is born in the group’s research and development laboratories. Olympus stoves can take their combustion air from the room or, with the optional outdoor air kit, directly from outside the home. Standard (room air) – The stove draws air from the room it heats. Your installer will advise whether a fixed air vent is needed under Building Regulations. Outdoor Air Kit – Ducts air to the stove from outside, which suits well-insulated, airtight homes and helps avoid drawing warm air out of the room.
