Helloooo Castroville

Hazy IPA - 7% New beginnings bring new inspiration! Brewed in celebration of our new home, affectionately known as The Plant, nestled among the agricultural fields in the Artichoke Capital of the World. This mesmerizing 7% Hazy IPA showcases a rarely seen hop combination with an impressive depth of tropical character. Vibrant aromas of ripe papaya, funky guava, and mango unfold into layers of juicy citrus, pineapple, and subtle herbaceous spice, with distinctive Southern Hemisphere diesel and white wine notes woven throughout. Strikingly pale and opaque, with a super soft mouthfeel and mild, rounded bitterness, this skaze is dangerously drinkable. A taste of what's to come from our new home in Castroville!
